We currently deliver our Cake Batter (😉) to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may experience longer delivery times but we promise, your Cake Batter will be worth the wait! Shipping to these HI, AK, and PR will take about 11-15 business days.

We offer two shipping speeds, because who wants to wait to have their #PoundCake and wear it, too?
- 1. Standard (5-7 business days): $5 flat fee
- 2. Rush (1-2 business days): $25
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please note, we only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
Oh no, we apologize about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hi@poundcake.com with your order number. We can give you the inside info!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your products! We kindly ask that you carefully check out our ingredient list, formula description, and see how the Cake Batter and Cake Theory looks on our different models’ skin tones.
Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-7 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
